The most popular and simple type of aptitude test is a pregnancy test strip. Principle of the test is based on detecting the "pregnancy hormone" HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) in the urine. In contact with the hormone chemical reaction takes place and particles of a litmus in the test change color. 

This test is not difficult – just immerse the test vertically in the container with urine to the level indicated by the arrows for 10 seconds, and then place the strip on a dry and horizontal surface and after 3-5 minutes evaluate the results.
