• the retaining ring prevents accidental slipping of the piston from the cylinder

• needles from superior quality steel with triple sharpened tip, silicone treated  (unlike regular bevel, edge-triangular sharpening minimizes pain during the injection, silicone reduces skin trauma during punching)
