How to prevent the appearance of calluses
In order to prevent the appearance of calluses when walking in new shoes, or when changing from winter shoes on a narrower shoe model - you need to follow a few simple rules:
• Do not put on a new pair of shoes if you are going to have a long walking tour. First make a test-drive of your new shoes at home, and in a walk to to the nearest store. A short daily use will progressively accustom foot.
• Pre-fix a patch on foot, in place where you expect a problem, to prevent appearance of corns
• Use spray - stretcher. The stores sell special sprays, softening the material of shoes. After using them feet will be moe comfortable in shoes.
• Do not wear new shoes on bare feet! When you put shues on the first time wear kapron stockings or socks.
